Shipping & Returns
All orders are normally processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During peak season the processing times can be longer.
For simple flat rate shipping:
Switzerland: 3 CHF flat rate shipping (orders over 5 CHF free shipping!)
Europe: 7 CHF flat rate shipping – Free shipping for orders over 50 CHF
Rest of the world: 10 CHF flat rate shipping – Free shipping for orders over 50 CHF
Important to know
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Planning Faith Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Returns & Exchange
If you have a problem with your order, please do contact us directly at email@example.com.
We do not have control over the post- and shipping services over the world. If your order was damaged during transport, please send a picture and describe the situation to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to ship you the products to you again or refund you the money. However, we do not refund the shipping cost, and you will have to pay for the return shipping of the damaged products.
If you are not happy with your product we can refund you the product cost if you claim the return within 14-days from the purchase and send the product back to us. See return-process instructions below. You have to ship the product back to us (you will be paying for that shipping cost). The product should be sent back unopened and in the same packaging as you received it in. To get the address and return-case number, first email@example.com.

Due to the fragile and one-time use nature of many of our products (paper stickers and products like that), we do not accept exchanges.
How to do a return:
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you custom guidance depending on your situation.
2. You will receive an address where to send the product and a case number to use.
3. Depending on where you are sending the product back from it will take 1-20 days for us the receive it. You will get a confirmation email from us when we have received the product.
4. After we have received the product we will start the refund request to Stripe. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when this process is started.
When do I get my money back?
You will be refunded to the same card you paid with through Stripe. After we have initiated a refund, Stripe submits a refund request to your bank or card issuer. You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
