a psychology graduate, survivor advocate, and the founder of this space. I hold a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, and am currently completing my accreditation studies here in Switzerland.
My work is both evidence-informed and hard-won from lived experience: I am a survivor of domestic abuse and spiritual harm, and I know the courage it takes to keep going.
I built this platform for women who are healing and rebuilding, from church hurt, relational trauma, or life’s hardest chapters. Because I believe healing happens gently, one small step at a time.
Here you’ll find encouragement for your own journey, and resources that help faith communities become safer for the people in their care.
A quick note: I am not a licensed therapist and do not offer therapy yet. What I offer is a space rooted in psychological knowledge, lived experience, and genuine care — but if you need clinical support, please do reach out to a qualified professional.

Gifts that bring hope
Beautiful, faith-rooted items designed to encourage you or someone you love, reminders that healing and hope can be part of everyday life.
When I first opened my little Etsy shop, I only wanted to create something beautiful: faith-inspired planners and tools for a more peaceful life. But as time went on, I noticed that the very tools I was designing for others were also gently inviting me to heal.
You see, I’m a survivor of experiences that left deep marks on my body, mind, and spirit, including spiritual abuse and relationships where love was twisted into control. For years, I minimized it, stayed quiet, and told myself that if no one else saw it, maybe it didn’t happen. But silence only deepened the pain.
Healing has not been linear. It’s been slow and tender, by prayer, counseling, journaling, and learning to reconnect with my voice. Along the way, faith shifted from something I had to perform into something I could rest in. Christ’s love became my safe place.
That’s when I realized: this brand was never meant to be just a stationery shop. It’s a bridge between beauty and truth, creativity and courage. A space where silence ends, and rebuilding begins.
